I asked him why he needed to include them on the check and he advised it was their policy. The next day I was contacted by the adjuster, his name is John, he advised me that he would be sending me a claims check in the amount of $3400 but that since the amount was over $2500 he had to include the name of my car dealership on the check as well. they sent me a link via text to take pictures of the damage and it was sent to a local claims adjuster.
